We were established in 2009 and are apart of the United Pentecostal Church International.

With willing hearts and their passion for souls, Frank and Debrah Bounds started our church in Mineral Wells, WV. After nine months they were able to purchase a building in Parkersburg, WV. They pastored there for five and a half years before having to retire due to health issues. After which, Pastor David Bounds and his family moved to Parkersburg to continue in the great ministry that his parents started in this region. Since then, we have continued to grow tremendously and were blessed with the opportunity to buy a bigger facility in 2016.

It is now 2023 and our goals and church family are only getting bigger!

We continue to make a change in this city, one soul at a time.
